Juan and Sandra decided to leave the city and set up this artisan “beer” industry with products of the highest quality in their grandparents’ house.

“In 2015, we conditioned part of the house so that it met all the necessary requirements to open a craft beer workshop in it, and the haystack as a home for us. The objective of making beer and marketing it is to convey the passion we feel for This product, the result of basic raw materials and simple processes, but with a huge variety of aromas and flavors that unfortunately were forgotten by the industrialization of this and many other food products. Hence the need to return to artisan production without artifacts. “.

Crystalline purity water, hops, barley and freeze-dried yeast along with small details cared for with care make Píntega beers unique.

Píntega was born from the cereals stored in some tullas from 1939, a granary with wooden compartments where they used to keep cereal to eat. Today it is full of sacks containing one of the oldest malts in Belgium for these beers that surprise the palate.

our varieties

Píntega Lemon, a very refreshing wheat beer, with aromas and tastes citrus and a marked cereal character. Hop noble character that complements the aromas obtained in fermentation with a strain of yeast special.

Píntega Laranxa, a toasted beer where malt flavors predominate. With quite a bit of bitterness so it has an intense but light flavor. The hops also provide a slight fruity character that combines very well with the selected malts.
